There was no true Brotherhood when I began. It was only through time and many many years of patience and experience that I restarted the Bureau for Rome, and it grew strong enough to spread out further into other parts of Europe. We became organized only through working together and understanding each other and what would aid the people and what they chose.

It is my understanding that the Brotherhood was much more organized and had many more resources in your time than it did in mine. I am simply curious.
